This policy describes how Elite Webmail ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the website at elitewebmail.net or the application at elitewebmail-app.vercel.app.

What we collect

  • Account data you provide: name, email address, company, mailing address, password hash.
  • Content you upload or compose: contact lists, messages, surveys, signup forms, automations, sending domains.
  • Operational data: IP address, browser user-agent, login timestamps, session cookies, error logs.
  • Email-event data from our delivery provider: send/delivered/opened/clicked/bounced/complained events tied to recipient email addresses.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: authenticate you, deliver your email campaigns, surface analytics.
  • To meet legal obligations: CAN-SPAM postal-address footer, RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, suppression of bounced/complained recipients.
  • To investigate abuse and prevent spam reputation damage.

Sub-processors

We share data with the following sub-processors only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

  • Resend (email delivery — Boston, USA)
  • Anthropic (AI features — San Francisco, USA)
  • Vercel (web hosting — San Francisco, USA)
  • DigitalOcean (PHP backend hosting — New York, USA)

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and CCPA §1798.100, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data via your account settings.
  • Delete your account and all associated data, subject to legally-required retention (suppression list per CAN-SPAM §316.5).
  • Object to processing for marketing or to portability.

Active customers can export their data and delete their account from Settings → Account. Or email privacy@elitewebmail.net — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies for session authentication. We do not set advertising cookies, do not run third-party analytics today, and do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Suppression-list entries are retained indefinitely per CAN-SPAM compliance. Email-event payloads older than 90 days are purged.
